Seller Presentation and Pre-Call:  UPDATE: Book 15 mins BEFORE a scheduled call with seller to allow time to discuss seller’s situation (i.e. pre-call). Blocks 45 minutes to do a 3-way seller presentation including the pre-call. Optional
