I purchased a house sub to in 2005 and I just found out today that the seller, whose name is on the mortgage, just passed away a week ago. I received a call from his brother asking about it. How do I handle the situation with the bank?

I think it may help many others. And for me, it held me back 2 months till I got HANDS-ON “for real” writing one up; at least for my own TUS instance. Now I need to understand the difference, minimum, writing up a SUBJECT-TO deal just as SIMPLY.

Our agenda for The Ultimate Strategy two days Jan 19 & 20 is super tight and the record breaking enrollment has took up our break out room. However, we have more flexibility during Private Money Jan 21 & 22 for a break out session. I’ll look into it.

Rich, at TUS boot camp is there any way you can get your best coach for the job together w/ you there (TUS), to block out a portion of the training-demonstrating the most popular (easiest, effective, etc.)various ways filling out a Standard Purchase and Sale Contract. It would be very valuable time spent to me. You know,—-Purchase)a suject-to deal, owner-carry-back 2nd w/ new 1st to pull cash at closing, etc.—-Sale)lease or rental to (SALE/ LEASE PURCHASE OPT)or Land contract instrument, etc. Maybe a couple hours in the am or pm one of the days? Looking forward to see you again, Rich.

It is a computer DVD and plays in your PC, not DVD player. It it does not autoplay when inserted then click on the application icon to launch. Email feedback@richardroop.com if you need any other help accessing it.

Hey Rich, Happy New Year.

You have sent me and my guest I’m bringing to Orlando a copy of Profit Power DVD. It does not play in my DVD player/TV (except as an audio disk Killer Conversations CD 123, and 124) or my computer w/ Windows Vista at all. Are you sure it’s a DVD (Format), etc.?
