How to generate commissions… the lazy way!
You’ll find links to free offers, products and events in the Affiliate Support Center that you can publish to your list. The most effective ones include our free offers. We recommend sending a compelling free offer to your list and here’s why…
Whenever one of your leads clicks on ANY of your affiliate links, whether they respond to the offer or not, that lead is tracked using several methods including cookies and their I.P address. All new leads are permanently tracked to you and you get credit for any sale now, and in the future.
That means whenever WE promote to our entire database, you benefit. We use non-obtrusion emails and postcards to do the work for you. So, do whatever you can to get your leads clicking on an affiliate link and we’ll do the rest!
How our “First-Referring” program benefits you
After investigating the different ways we could pay affiliates, we determined that the “first-referring” method would be the most beneficial from the affiliate perspective. It prevents your referrals from being hijacked by another affiliate. The way it works is this:
When referrals click on your affiliate links, and they do not already have an affiliate, they’re permanently linked to your account, whether they actually respond to the offer or not. All they have to do is click on your link. This is tracked in our system by their I.P. address and cookies. Once you’re the first-referring affiliate for a contact, you earn commissions on all their product, seminar and subscription purchases included in the Richard Roop Affiliate Program.

One of the huge benefits of offering your contacts free gifts and free trials is the likelihood they’ll click on your link to learn more (and if no one else has referred them before) they’ll be permanently linked to your affiliate account and you’ll get credit when they buy now or in the future. Your ultimate goal is to be the first person to refer your contacts by having them click on one of your affiliate links.

Q. Can I earn commissions on my own orders?
A. The program is NOT offered so you can get discounts on your own orders. However if you are an active affiliate and want consideration on a new purchase the give Sales Support a call.
Q. What are the commissions I earn?
A. For any program or product included in your Affiliate Program you earn a 30% commission for all one-time sales made online and 30% on the reoccurring payments from subscription services. In addition, and unlike other affiliate programs, you also get 15% commission on offline sales made by phone through our sales department.
Q. Do I get paid commissions on all the referrals I send you?
A. You’re paid commissions on new referrals. New referrals are permanently linked to your affiliate account once they click on one of your affiliate links whether they respond or not. This is tracked by their I.P. address and cookies. Then the referral is attributed to you once they make a purchase of the products or services included in the Affiliate Program and you’ll earn commissions on all these sales.
Q. Who qualifies as a new referral?
A. Any referral from you not already in the our database.
Q. What’s the benefit of being the first person to send you a new referral?
A. Our program works on a “First Referring” basis. When you’re the first person to send us a new referral then that customer will be permanently linked to your account and you will get paid on all related purchases. This means once you refer someone into our system you will benefit from any marketing that we do to our list. We often send email newsletters, webinar notices and direct mail postcards, all of which will help you make more money.
Q. How can I earn commissions from my list if they’re already in your database?
A. When we do a special “event based” promotion to another promoter’s list, that’s a joint venture and the sales produced from that event do not earn affiliate commissions. Instead we pay commissions to promoter, typically 50%. Contact us if you’re interested in doing an event based promotion to your list as a promoter and earn the 50%.
Q. How do I create affiliate links to promote Roop products, services or free offers?
A. Choose “Link Generator” under the Resources menu and follow the instructions. You can quickly access any of your existing tracking links by copying them from the “My Sales Websites” section. If you want to create an ‘Ad’ for tracking purposes and insert the code into a tracking link, use the link generator tool at the bottom of that screen.
Q. When do I get paid?
A. Any month your outstanding balance due exceeds $100, a check will be mailed to you no later than the 20th of the following month.
Q. Do you provide any marketing tools?
A. Your tracking links usually direct your referrals to proven marketing messages and response forms. Any emails templates and other marketing tools available can be found Affiliate Resource Center.
