Frankly, I’m sick (and tired) of getting reports from my investor clients on how they signed up for somebody else’s real estate coaching or mentorship program but never got what was promised or expected…

Hi, this is Richard Roop. I hear the same types of reports over and over: No promised “guru” access… no returned phone calls… unqualified coaching staff… bad advice… little or no support… and little or no results.

Not all coaching programs are like that… just most.

It’s a sad state of affairs. Many investors want and need coaching. My clients have been asking me for years if I can offer individual coaching. My response has been to continually publish some of the best real estate investment strategies, tools and techniques. This leverages my time. In addition, I’ve offered different levels of consulting, instruction and one-on-one support.

But I’m NOT willing to make promises I can’t keep — just because I have a bunch investors willing and able to pay me money for coaching.

To me, coaching and consulting are two different animals…

Consulting is one-on-one support where I answer any questions you have and offer you solutions to any challenge you face. You just need to ask your question or reveal to me the problem you want solved. I shine in this department.

Once you have some good training or instruction from me or someone else, I enjoy filing in the gaps and shedding light on new opportunities for making bigger profits and operating more efficiently. But one-on-one consulting is very labor intensive.

Coaching, on the other hand requires me to take a look at where you are now, help you determine where you want to go, help you develop a step-by-step plan with milestones to get there, help you track your progress… and then provide regular, ongoing instruction and motivation to accelerate the goal achievement process.

You still need leading edge information and proven success strategies and you’d want to have that as part of any coaching program as well.

4 years ago I committed to creating and providing one of the best REAL coaching programs available to real estate entrepreneurs and I’d like you to decide if it’s right for you.

The truth is I have a lot industry gurus waiting in line to have me work on their specific marketing needs, usually wanting me to write marketing materials and design marketing campaigns that serve their specific niche or needs. If I did nothing else, I can trade my time and talent for at least $60,000 a month… just on these projects.

But I can make an equal amount of cash and equity working very part time in my real estate investment business… buying and selling houses in my home town area. So in most cases I have to apologize to these potential clients (you’d probably recognize their names if I mentioned them) and let them know I simply do not have the time. I’m already committed to buying and selling houses… and helping my inner circle of real estate investors become more successful.

The bottom line is that…

I’d rather help hundreds and thousands of individual investors each month than work on just a few projects that may or may not be related to buying and selling houses.

So this is good news for you as a real estate entrepreneur, whether you’re just getting started, or a highly successful and seasoned pro. As I mentioned, I’m committed to offering a well-crafted coaching program that many have been asking for. It’s called Million Dollar Coaching.

P.S.  Why do we call it “Million Dollar” coaching? If you understand the true nature of buying and selling houses as a full or part time business, you’ll agree that creating a goal to make a million dollar is certainly realistic. The only variable is deciding how quickly you want to make your next million. 60 months? 16 months? Or just 6 months? There are no unrealistic goals, only unrealistic time frames.
