Enrollment Cancellation Policy: Your service will begin immediately. The enrollment fee is a one-time charge. No renewal or cancellation is ever needed. Simply keep your Inner Circle membership active to continue ordering mailings. The enrollment and setup fee is non-refundable.
Mailing Cancellation Policy: You may cancel or reschedule any previously ordered mail drop up to 3 business days before it is scheduled to be mailed. Any credit in your account for mailing future postcards is non-refundable and may expire if unused for 6 months.
