How much does it cost to mail my postcards?
After a one-time enrollment and setup fee, we will mail your postcards for 67 cents each plus $35 per batch of cards dropped. You can mail as often as you like with minimum order of 200 postcards. The 67 cents per card includes the list, postage, printing and mailing, subject to postage rate changes. It costs about $700 to drop 1,000 postcards.
After you’re enrolled you must be an active Free & Clear Cash Inner Circle member to order postcard mailings. Membership includes extensive ongoing monthly support including 3 coaching and training calls, one training webinar, 2 new What’s Working Best audio programs and comprehensive member resource library access for just $97 a month. How much is it to enroll and get started?
The one-time fee gets you all setup and ready to mail. We’ll create a new your online postcard account, build your customized postcard template and research the zip codes you want to farm, based on property values you choose. You can pre-schedule the number of cards you want to mail and when — so they go out automatically each month — or you can place a new order at anytime.
As a client you will also get a license (or right to use) all of Richard Roop’s current and future postcard templates for buying and selling free and clear houses.
