What’s the best direct mail list for buying houses?

I get this question all the time… Of course the answer depends on your real estate investing strategy. But no matter what strategy you use, a list of homeowners with an abnormally high motivation to sell PLUS lots of equity is ideal.

So for years I’ve recommended targeting owners of inherited properties, an exclusive list available from USLeadList, and the great reports keep coming in.

Now the best mailing lists are normally the hardest to find or create. So get the new list of inherited property owners from USLeadList when it’s released each quarter, if you can.
